In Matthew 2:6, the following words are written :
"Bethlehem, in the land of Judah.”
These words are the fulfillment of the prophecy of Micah in the Old Testament, 5:2.

"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting."

This prophecy was not given to the prophet Isaiah, a city-dweller,
But to Micah, who lived in the country.
Do you too feel the power and the love of God in these words?

☆Moreover, " Ephrathah " was the name of Bethlehem in ancient times.

☆Bethlehem also means : "The house of bread."
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!! The Lord is wonderful.
All those who believe in Jesus are fulfilled both spiritually and
physically.

As the prophets in the Old Testament foretold, the Lord, Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem. Hallelujah!

☆As I said in <part 2>, this was the fulfillment of the prophecy in the Old Testament.
And it is Matthew who declared, “This man is the Messiah!!!”

☆Jesus Christ also said,
“I am the morning star”.

In Matthew 2:10, it is written,
“When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.”
There is a church called the  “Morning Star”.
This star is the very star which we sing about in the hymn.
♪“You are the lily of the valley and the morning star".

In Chapter 2, the prophecy of the prophet Hosea appears in Verse 15,
while the prophesy of the prophet Jeremiah appears in Verse 17.
Many of the prophecies of the prophets of the Old Testament appear at the beginning of the New Testament.
You surely understand now why the Old and New Testaments were written and what they were about?
In short, let's read the Bible meekly.
Don’t get on your high horse.  If you read slowly and deeply, you will find many jewels embedded in Bible.

The name of a town called Nazareth appears in Verse 23.
Mary and Joseph lived in Nazareth, after Mary had given birth to Jesus.
"To be called the people from Nazareth."  From these words it is evident that people from Nazareth in those days were despised.
This is how people spoke around the time Jesus was born.

Surely I am not the only one who looks at the humble expression of the lowly-born man on the cross.

However, it is through the name of Jesus of Nazareth that we cast out the Devil and pray for people’s release.
"In the name of Jesus of Nazareth, " Hallelujah.  Amen.

“what good person will come from Nazareth” was actually said to Jesus Christ.
He is our savior.

OH!! BIBLICAL DAY〜♪
