We held a gospel workshop on February 20. ♪♪
Although Keihoku-cho is normally very cold in February,
that day was as warm as a day in April.
Thank God.
It was so warm, we even had to switch on the air conditioner
during the workshop.♪
Two of the people at the workshop had come all the way from Kagawa
Prefecture, in Shikoku.
It was a most enjoyable gospel lesson,
with everybody getting into the swing.
We also learned about the black gospel.
We were blessed indeed.
The lecturer, Mr. Terrance had a powerful voice.
The playing of Mr. Butch, the pianist, was most impressive.
Here in Keihoku-cho we heard the real New York black gospel.
Then we took the lesson. It was a very happy time.
Three people confessed their faith in Jesus Christ and
accepted Him as their savior on that day!!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
And one of them was baptized on the Lord’s day.
I, Keihoku Kyoko, could only gasp in amazement at the glory of the gospel.
Hallelujah! Thank the Lord.
